  23. OK, I'm sorry -- I misunderstood.
  24. What you are trying to create is a system
  25. which allows 2 different versions of LaTeX to run,
  26. with different input files.

  28. I still think it is a misguided enterprise --
  29. but I'd just ask that nothing is done
  30. to upset people who are happily running the new LaTeX.
